Year 9 Technology

Students rotate through core introductory units:

  • Digital Technology: Keyboard familiarity, typing skills, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Desktop Publishing).
  • Food Technology: Hygiene, safety procedures, and Baking Skills unit (sweet and savoury methods).
  • Hard Materials Technology (Metal and Wood focus).

Year 10 Technology

Year 10 offers deeper engagement in specialized fields:

  • Hard Materials Technology (Metal and Wood focus).
  • Food Technology.
  • Digital Technologies (Scratch, Minecraft coding, and Visual Basic Software).

Senior Subject Choices & Pathways
