Tararua College Bus Contract  

Te Mana o Tararua – Expectations for Bus Students 

For students travelling on the bus to and from Tararua College

Rules: 

• Be on time.
• Act responsibly.
• Enter and leave the school buses in an orderly fashion.
• Behave safely and follow driver’s instruction.
• Do not distract the driver.
• Be polite to driver and other students.
• Keep the buses clean and damage free at all times, NO vaping, NO food.
• Be in full school uniform. Exceptions are school trips or non-uniform day (fundraisers).
• Travel on the bus to which you are allocated. If you need to travel on another bus, you will need to get a day pass from the Front Office.
• If you need to permanently change your bus, contact the College Bus Controller (see below).
• Do not leave the bus other than at your home stop.

PLEASE NOTE: If these expectations are not followed, you may be excluded from travelling on the bus for either a set time or indefinitely.
