USkills courses at UCOL can be completed once a student is in Year 12 or 13. These courses are free of charge for students while they are enrolled at school.
Under special circumstances students in Year 11 may be able to apply to complete a UCOL course.
Students complete an expression of interest form as the initial part of the application process. Once this is completed and reviewed by Pathways staff and Year Level Deans students will be given a UCOL application form to complete. This form has to be accompanied by a verified copy of the student’s birth certificate or passport.

Each student also has to be endorsed by the school to complete the course, this involves their Year Level Dean or the Careers Advisor completing an endorsement about the student which is submitted with their application form.
